We read your building — we don’t estimate it.
We work from 30 days of your building’s real energy use. Where you can share your half-hourly data, your Fingerprint can start straight away. Where you can’t, we simply monitor your supply for 30 days and capture it ourselves.

From £299, scaled to the size of your building. We charge a fair, fixed fee to read your building properly — then credit it back against any remedial works you carry out with us. Proceed, and the diagnosis pays for itself; the savings are yours to keep.

How much does it cost?

Do you need anything from me to start?
Just some basic details about your building. If you can share your half-hourly energy data we can begin straight away; if not, we simply monitor your supply for 30 days and capture it for you.
Are the savings guaranteed?
Savings are indicative — real-world results depend on how a building is run (leave the new LED lighting on all day and you lose the gain). We base every figure on your building’s real 30-day data, and we can monitor your building live afterwards to measure the savings you actually achieve.
What happens after the report?
You decide what to do. Because we fit what we recommend, we can carry out the improvements — and, if you want, monitor the results live against your Fingerprint baseline.
